The Foundry Retreat is a weekend escape designed specifically for solo and small firm female attorneys in the Greater Houston area. It’s part business, part wellness, and fully focused on helping you reconnect—with yourself, your goals, and other attorneys who get it.


Spend time in community with other women building firms just like yours, while enjoying professional workshops, practical insight, and space to relax.

When & Where

  • Location: Margaritaville Resort, Lake Conroe, Texas
  • Dates: Friday, September 26 – Sunday, September 28, 2025
  • Lodging: Special suite rate of $165/night (no resort fees)

  • 1:00–2:00 PM: Wellness Activity

  • Evening: Free time to enjoy the resort & group dinner (optional)

  • Is this retreat only for women?

    Yes. This event is designed for solo and small firm female attorneys to connect in a focused and supportive space.

  • Do I have to be a client of Law Firm Foundry to attend?

    Nope. This retreat is open to new faces, past clients, and anyone building a small firm who wants to recharge.

  • Is lodging included in the registration fee?

    Lodging is separate, but we’ve secured a discounted group rate of $165/night at Margaritaville. No resort fees apply.

  • Are meals included?

    Yes. Friday happy hour, Saturday breakfast & lunch, and Sunday breakfast are included. Dinners are optional and not part of the registration fee.

  • What should I bring?

    Just yourself, casual clothes, your favorite notebook—and a readiness to relax, connect, and learn.
